Ingredients for Aam ka Mitha Achar Recipe
2 – Raw mango
Sugar (1/2 cup)
Coriander powder (2 Table spoon (roasted))
Fenugreek powder (2 Table spoon)
Mustard powder (2 Table spoon)
Jaggery (1/2 cup (grated))
Red chilli powder (1 Table spoon)
Asafoetida (1 T spoon)
Turmeric powder (1/4 T spoon)
Salt
Oil

How to Make Aam ka Mitha Achar Recipe
★ Wash mangoes thoroughly with water then wipe them with clean cloth and dry them. After that remove skin and cut them into small pieces.
★ In mango pieces add turmeric powder, salt and keep it aside for 7 to 8 hrs.
★ In mango pieces add sugar, grated jaggery and mix well.
★ Put mango mixture in pan and cook it on low flame till jaggery melts and forms thick syrup then switch off the gas.
★ Heat 1 spoon oil in another pan. Add mustard powder, red chilli powder, fenugreek powder, coriander powder, asafoetida after 2 mins switch off the gas.
★ After cooling mix masala mixture in mango mixture. Fill this in jar. Aam ka Mitha Achar is ready.
