Ingredients for Aloo Bonda Recipe
3 -Potato
1 –Carrot
3 Green chilli
Cottage chesse (50 g.m)
1 -Onion
1 Capsicum
Gram flour (100 g.m)
Baking soda(1 pinch)
Red chilli powder (1 T spoon)
Turmeric powder (1 T spoon)
Ginger garlic paste (1 Table spoon)
coriander leaves (2 T spoon)
Salt

How to Make Aloo Bonda Recipe
★ Boil potatoes. Finely chop onion, capsicum, green chilli and carrot.
★ In gram flour add ½ spoon turmeric powder, ½ spoon red chilli powder, salt and mix. Add sufficient water and prepare thick solution.
★ Remove potato skin and mash them. Now add ginger garlic paste, carrot, onion, green chilli, capsicum, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, baking soda, cottage cheese, coriander leaves, salt in mashed potato and mix well. Make small balls of this mixture.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Dip each potato ball in gram flour mixture and slide them into oil and fry till they turn golden brown. Aloo Bondas are ready.
