2 Aloo(Potatoes)
Cauliflower(11/2 Cup Gobi)
Cumin(1 T Spoon Jeera)
Fenugreek Leaves (1 Cup Methi)
Asafoetida (1/4 T Spoon)
Ginger Green Chilli Paste (11/2 T Spoon)
Chat Masala (2 T Spoon)
Oil
Salt

How to Make Aloo Gobi Recipe
★ Peel potatoes, cut them into long pieces.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Fry cauliflower, potatoes separately and keep them aside.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida and cook. Add ginger green chilli paste and cook for 1 min. Add fenugreek Leaves, fried cauliflower, potatoes and mix. Now add chat masala, salt and cook for 2 to 3 mins on low flame. Aloo Gobi is ready.
