Ingredients for Aloo Matar Recipe
3 – (Potato)
Green peas (1/2 Cup)
1 -(Onion)
2 -3 (Tomato)
Ginger garlic paste (1 1/2T spoon)
2 – Green chilli
Turmeric powder (1/4 T spoon)
Red chilli powder (1 T spoon)
Coriander powder (1 T spoon)
Garam masala powder (1/2 T spoon)
Salt – to taste
Oil – as required

How to Make Aloo Matar Recipe
★ Peel potatoes and cut them into slightly big pieces.
★ Cut tomatoes, green chillies and grind them in mixer. Finely chop onions. If you want you can grind tomato and onions together.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and fry. Add finely chopped onions and cook. After onions turn golden brown add ginger garlic paste and mix. Add tomato mixture and cook for 1 min.
★ Now add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and mix. Add potato pieces, green peas and cook for 1 to 2 mins. After that add 1 ½ cup of water and cook on low flame for 20 to 25 mins. If required add some more water and cook. Now add coriander leaves and switch off the gas. Aloo matar(Potato With Green Peas) is ready.
