Ingredients You Will Need for Batata Vada Recipe
8 – Potato
Cumin seeds (1/2 T spoon)
Rice flour (2 T spoon)
Ginger garlic paste (1 Table spoon)
4 – Green chilli
2 – Onion
Gram flour (1 cup)

Turmeric powder (1/4 T spoon)
Coriander powder (2 Table spoon)

Red chilli powder (1/2 T spoon)
Coriander leaves (2 Table spoon )

Step-By-Step Guide to make Batata Vada Recipe
★ Boil potatoes, remove skin and mash them.
★ Finely chop onions and green chillies.
★ Heat 2 spoons oil in pan. Add cumin seeds, green chilli, ginger garlic paste and fry for 1min. Add chopped onions and stir. After onions turn golden brown add salt, turmeric powder and mix. Add mashed potatoes, coriander powder and mix well. Add finely chopped coriander leaves and cook for 2 mins and switch off the gas.
★ After cooling make small balls of potato mixture.
★ Take a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder and mix. Pour water in gram flour mixture prepare thick batter.
★ Heat oil in pan. Take a potato mixture ball dip it in gram flour batter and slide it in hot oil. Slide 4 or 5 or as many balls as possible based on size of the pan and fry till they turn golden brown. Tasty Batata Vada is ready.
