Ingredients for Bread Kachori Recipe
Bread slices (8 – 10)
Potato – (2 (boiled) )
Green peas – (1/4 cup (boiled) )
1 – (Onion)
2 – (Green chilli)
Cumin seeds (1/2 T spoon)
Red chilli powder (1/2 T spoon)
Coriander powder (1 T spoon)
Garam masala (1/2 T spoon)
Coriander leaves – (1 table spoon (finely chopped) )
Oil – (as required )
Salt – (to taste )
How to Make Bread Kachori Recipe
★ Peel boiled potatoes and mash them. Slightly mash green peas. Finely chop onion and green chillies.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and fry. Then add finely chopped onion, green chillies and cook. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala powder and mix. Now add mashed potato, green peas, mix well and cook for 1 min. Add coriander leaves and switch off the gas.
★ Take one bread slice and take a round bowl or round cookie cutter, put it on bread slice, press slightly and cut round slices. In same way cut all bread slices. Pour some water in a bowl. Take round bread slice and dip it in water and quickly remove it, keep it in between palms press it so that water is removed from bread slices. In same way dip all bread slices in water and keep them aside. Take one bread slice put some potato mixture on it put another bread slice upon this press slightly and seal edges completely (so that they won’t open after putting them in oil). In same manner prepare all bread kachoris.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Put bread kachori in it and fry till they turn golden brown on both sides. Bread Kachori is ready.
