2 – carrot
Semolina – 1 Cup (Suji)
sugar (750 gm )
ghee (250 gm )
Dry fruits – (as required)
Green Cardamom (1/2 t spoon)
Milk – (as required)

★ Heat ghee in a pan. Fry semolina in it on low flame till you get nice aroma, take out and keep it aside. In the same pan add grated carrot, sugar and cook on low flame, while mixture is still thin add semolina, cardamom powder, dry fruits and mix them well switch off gas. Let mixture cool slightly.
★ Take small portion from this mixture, keep in between palms shape it in to round laddoo, keep them in plate. Make all laddoos like this. (If you cannot make round laddoos with this mixture you can add some milk) Tasty Carrot Laddoos are ready. Carrot Laddoos are tasty as well as healthy.
