Ingredients for Chilli Paneer Gravy Recipe
Paneer – (1 ½ Cup (Pieces))
Red chilli powder (1/2 T spoon )
Corn flour (2 Table spoon)
Maida (1 Table spoon )
Ginger paste (1 T spoon)
Salt

For Sauce
1 – onion
Green Capsicum – (½ Cup (Pieces))
Red Capsicum – (½ Cup (Pieces))
2 – Green chillli
Spring Onion – (2 table spoon (Finely chopped))
Corn flour (1 Table spoon)
Salt
Soya sauce (1 T spoon)
Tomato sauce(1 Table spoon)
Ginger – (1 tea spoon (Finely chopped) )
Garlic – (1 ½ tea spoon (Finely chopped))
Chilli sauce (1 T spoon)
Coriander leaves – (2 table spoon (Finely chopped))

How to Make Chilli Paneer Gravy Recipe
★ Take a bowl add corn flour, maida, salt, red chilli powder, ginger paste and mix well. Add sufficient water and make thick mixture. Add paneer pieces in mixture and mix.
★ Heat oil in pan. Fry paneer pieces till they turn golden brown.
★ Cut onion, capsicum to 1 inch pieces. Cut green chillies to thin long pieces.
★ Heat oil in pan. Add ginger, garlic, spring onions and fry them. Add onions, red capsicum, green capsicum, green chillies and cook for 1 min. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and stir. Add 1 cup water and cook. Now add salt and stir. Add paneer pieces and stir. Add little water to corn flour and pour this in gravy. Cook till gravy becomes thick and switch off gas. Garnish with coriander leaves. Tasty chilli paneer gravy is ready.
