Ingredients for Gobi Manchurian Recipes
Turmeric powder (pinch)
Maida (1/2 cup)
Cornflour (1/4 cup)
Red chilli powder (1 T spoon)
Ginger garlic paste (1 T spoon)
5 Garlic clove
Ginger (1/2 inch piece)
2 Spring onion
Red chilli powder (1/2 T spoon)
2 Green chilli
Soya sauce (1 Table spoon)
Tomato ketchup (2 Table spoon)
Vinigar(1 T spoon)
Sugar (1 T spoon)
Chilli sauce (1/2 T spoon)
Coriander leaves (3 Table spoon)
Cornflour (2 Table spoon)
How to Make Gobi Manchurian Recipe
★ Break cauliflower into florets and wash them. Take a vessel and add cauliflower, water, salt, turmeric powder and boil for 4 to 5 mins.
★ Take a bowl and add maida, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, some water and prepare thick solution. Put cauliflower pieces in maida solution and mix well.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Drop cauliflower pieces one by one in oil and fry till they turn golden brown.
★ Finely chop onion, spring onion, capsicum, green chilli, ginger and garlic.
★ Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic and fry. Add chopped onion, green chilli, capsicum, red chilli powder and cook. Now add soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, sugar and cook for 1 to 2 mins. Add some water in corn flour and prepare solution. Pour this corn flour solution in gravy, mix and cook for 1 min. Add fried cauliflower pieces and mix. After that add chopped spring onion, coriander leaves then switch off the gas. Tasty Gobi Manchurian is ready.
