Ingredients for Amrakhand Recipe in Hindi

ताजा दही – 3 कप (Fresh curd)
आम का पल्प – 1 कप (Mango plup)
चीनी पाउडर – 2 Table spoon (Sugar powder)
इलायची पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Cardamom powder)
पिस्ता – 1 Table spoon (Pista)
केसर – 2 pinch (Saffron)

How to Make Amrakhand Recipe – विधि

★ दही को किसी पतले कपडे में डाल कर, बांध कर लटका दीजिये. दही का सारी पानी निकल जाय. पिस्ता छोटे टुकड़ो में काट लीजिये.

★ उसके बाद दही को कपडे के साथ ही एक बर्तन में रख कर उसके ऊपर कुछ बारी चीज रख कर फ्रीज़ में रखे. दही से पानी पूरी तरह निकल जाने के बाद दही को फ्रीज़ से निकाल कर दही से कपड़ा हटा दीजिये. दही में आम का पल्प डाल कर अछि तरह मिलाये. उसके बाद चीनी पाउडर डाल कर मिलाये. अब इलायची पाउडर डाल कर मिलाये. आम खन्ड को छोटे बाउल में डालिये और पिस्ता और केसर से सजाये. आम खन्ड तैयार.

Amrakhand Recipe In English

★ Put curd in a thin cloth, cover it and hang it so that all water is removed from curd. Cut pista into small pieces.

★ Keep curd along with cloth in a vessel and keep a heavy thing on it and keep it in refrigerator. After water is completely removed from curd, take curd out from refrigerator and remove curd from cloth. Add mango pulp in curd and mix well. Then add sugar powder and mix well. Now add cardamom powder and mix. Take out amrakhand in a bowl and garnish with pista and saffron. Amrakhand is ready.
