Amrud Ki Chutney Recipe

Ingredients for Amrud ki Chutney – आवश्यक सामग्री .

अमरुद – 4 (Guava)
हरी मिर्च – 10 (Green chilli)
राय – 1 T spoon (Mustard seed)
जीरा – आधा छोटा चम्मच (Cumin seeds)
मेथी दाने – 1 T spoon (Fenugrreek seeds)
इमली – 50 gm (Tamarind)
धनिया पता – 2 bunchs (Coriander leaves)
तेल – 2 Table spoon (Oil)
कड़ी पता – 10 – 12 (Curry leaves)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – to taste)

How to Make Amrud ki Chutney – विधि

★ अमरुद को धो कर दो बड़े टुकड़ो में काट कर बीज निकाल लीजिये, अब अमरुद को छोटे टुकड़ो में काट लीजिये.

★ अब एक कड़ाई में तोडा तेल डाल कर गरम करे, अब उसमे जीरा, हरी मिर्च डाल कर भुने, उसके बाद कटा हुआ अमरुद, इमली डाल कर 5 मिनट भून ले.

★ अब इस मिश्रण को ठंडा होने के बाद मिक्सी में बारीक़ पीस लीजिये, एक छोटे पेन में 1 स्पून तेल डाल कर गरम करे, अब उसमे राय,मेथी दाने, कड़ी पता डाल कर भुने, अब भुना हुआ मिश्रण को पिसा हुआ चटनी में डाल कर मिलाये. अमरुद की चटनी तैयार.

Amrud Ki Chutney Recipe In English

★ Wash guavas, cut each guava in to two pieces and remove seeds. Now cut guava in to small pieces.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, green chillies and fry them. After that add guava pieces, tamarind and cook for 5 mins.

★ After cooling, grind this mixture to fine paste in grinder. Heat 1 spoon of oil in a small pan. Now add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and fry them. Mix this tempering in chutney. Tasty Amrud ki Chutney is ready.
