Ingredients for Anarase Ki Goli Recipe in Hindi

चावल का आटा – 1 कप (Rice flour)
घी – 2 Table spoon (Ghee)
गुड – 1 cup (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Jaggery)
तिल – 2 Table spoon (Sesame seeds)
सौंफ – 1 T spoon (Fennel seeds)
दही – 2 Table spoon (Curd)
तेल या घी – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil or ghee)
बेकिंग सोडा – 1/2 T spoon (Baking soda)

How to Make Anarase Ki Goli Recipe – विधि

★ चावल का आटा, तिल, सौंफ, दही, बेकिंग सोडा इन सब को अछि तरह मिला लीजिये. अब मिश्रण को 20 मिनट तक साइड रख दीजिये.

★ अब मिश्रण से छोटे छोटे गोल लड्डू की तरह बना लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे गोल डाल कर धीमी आंच पर तल कर निकाल लीजिये. ठंडा होने के बाद किसी एअर टाइट कन्टेनर में भर कर रख दीजिये और 10 दिन तक खाते रहिये.

Anarase Ki Goli Recipe In English

★ Take a bowl and add rice flour, sesame seeds, curd, fennel seeds, baking soda, jaggery, ghee and mix well. Keep aside for 20 mins.

★ Make small balls of mixture like laddoos.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Drop balls in oil and fry till they turn golden brown on low flame. After cooling keep them in air tight container and you can eat them for 10 days. Anarase Ki Goli is ready.
