Apple Gulab Jamun Recipe

Ingredients for Apple Gulab Jamun Recipe in Hindi

सेब – 2 (Apple)
मैदा – 100 g.m (Maida)
तेल या घी – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil or ghee)
चीनी – 200 g.m (Sugar)
इलायची पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Cardamom powder)
खोया – 50 g.m (Khoya)

How to Make Apple Gulab Jamun Recipe – विधि

★ सेब को धो कर चिल्का हटा कर छोटे टुकड़ो में काट लीजिये. उसके बाद कटा हुआ सेब के टुकड़ो को मिक्सी से बारीक़ पीस लीजिये.

★ अब एक बाउल में मैदा, खोया, सेब का पेस्ट डाल कर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये. अब इस मिश्रण छोटे गोल जामुन बना लीजिये.

★ अब एक बर्तन में चीनी और चीनी डूबने तक पानी डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब चीनी गल कर १ तार चाशनी बनने के बाद इलायची पाउडर मिलाकर गैस बंद कर लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में घी या तेल डालकर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे जामुन डाल कर गोल्डन ब्राउन होने तक तल कर निकाल कर चाशनी में डाल दीजिये. सेब गुलाब जामुन तैयार.

Apple Gulab Jamun Recipe In English

★ Wash apple, remove skin and cut it into small pieces. Grind apple pieces in grinder.

★ Take a bowl and add maida, khoya, apple puree and mix well. Make small jamuns with this mixture.

★ Take a vessel and add sugar, water up to the level of sugar and keep it on stove for boiling. After it reaches one thread consistency add cardamom powder and switch off the gas.

★ Heat ghee or oil in a pan. Fry jamuns in it till they turn golden brown and then drop them in sugar syrup. Apple Gulab Jamuns are ready.
