Bagara Rice Recipe

Ingredients for Bagara Rice Recipe in Hindi

बासमती चावल – 250 g.m (Basmati rice)
अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट – 2 T spoon (Ginger garlic paste)
शाही जीरा – 2 T spoon (Shahi jeera)
इलायची – 7 (Cardamom)
लौंग – 10 (Clove)
दालचीनी – 2 इंच का टुकड़ा (Cinnamon stick – 2 inch piece)
हल्दी – 1/2 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
तेज पत्ता – 3 (Bay leaf)
हरी मिर्च – 8 (Green chilli)
प्याज़ – 2 (Onion)
पुदीने के पत्ते – 1/2 cup (Mint leaves – 1/2 cup )
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

How to Make Bagara Rice Recipe – विधि

★ चावल को धो कर 30 मिनट भिगो कर रखे.

★ प्याज़ और हरी मिर्च को काट लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे कटा हुआ प्याज़, हरी मिर्च, पुदीने के पत्ते डाल कर भुने. प्याज़ नरम होने के बाद लौंग, इलायची, दालचीनी, तेज, पत्ता, शाही जीरा, हल्दी, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट डाल कर पकाये. उसके बाद 1 कप चावल का 1 1/2 कप पानी के हिसाब से पानी डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब चावल डाल कर मिलाये. च्वल से पानी पूरी तरह ख़तम होने तक धीमी आंच पर पकाये. Bagara Rice Recipe In English

★ Wash rice and soak them for 30 mins.

★ Cut onions and green chillies.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, green chilli, mint leaves and fry them. After onions become soft add clove, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, shahi jeera, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and cook. For 1 cup of rice add 1 1/2 cup water according to this add water and heat it. Add rice and mix. Cook on low flame till rice is cooked. Bagara Rice is ready.
