Baingan Fry Recipe

Ingredients for Baingan Fry Recipe in Hindi

बैगन – 1/4 किलो (Brinjal 1/4 kilo)
प्याज़ – 1 (Onion)
टमाटर – 1 (Tomato)
अदरक लहुसन का पेस्ट – 1 T spoon (Ginger garlic paste)
जीरा – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
हरी मिर्च – 2 (Green chilli)
हल्दी – 1/4 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – T spoon (Red chilli powder)
जीरा पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin powder)
गरम मसाला – 1/2 T spoon (Garam masala)
धनिया पत्ता – 1 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves – 1 table spoon (finely chopped) )
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – to taste )
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil – as required )

Baingan Fry Recipe In Hindi

How to Make Brinjal Fry Recipe – विधि

★ प्याज़, हरी मिर्च, टमाटर को बारीक़ काट लीजिये.

★ बैगन का डंठल हटा कर थोड़ा मोटा लम्बा स्लाइसेस में काट लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे जीरा डाल कर भुने. उसके बाद प्याज़ और हरी मिर्च डाल कर पकाये. अब प्याज़ हलक ब्राउन होने के बाद टमाटर डालकर पकाये. अब अदरक लहुसन का पेस्ट डाल कर मिलाये.

★ अब कटा हुआ बैगन डाल कर २ मिनट तक पकाये. उसके बाद नमक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, हल्दी, जीरा पाउडर, गरम मसाला पाउडर मिलाकर धीमी आंच पर ३ मिनट तक पकाये. अब धनिया पत्ता मिलाकर गैस बन्द कर लीजिये. गरमा गरम बैगन फ्राई तैयार.

Instructions for Baingan Fry Recipe Recipe In English

★ Finely chop onion, tomato and green chillies.

★ Remove brinjal twig and cut them into slightly thick pieces. Now heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and fry. Then add onions, green chillies and cook. After onions turn golden brown add tomatoes and cook. Now add ginger garlic paste and mix.

★ Now add brinjal pieces and cook for 2 mins. Then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and cook on low flame for 3 mins. Now add coriander leaves then switch off the gas. Brinjal Fry is ready.
