Ingredients for Besan Bhindi Recipe in Hindi

भिन्डी – 10 (Lady finger)
बेसन – 4 Table spoon (Gram flour)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
जीरा – 1 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
प्याज़ – 1 (Onion)
धनिया पाउडर – 1 1/2 T spoon (Coriander powder)
हल्दी – 1 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
अमचूर पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Dried mango powder)
कलोंजी – 1/2 T spoon (Samal fennel)

How to Make Besan Bhindi Recipe – विधि

★ सबसे पहले प्याज़ को पतला काट लीजिये, भिन्डी को पानी से साफ करके, भिन्डी के दोनों और डंठल काट दीजिये भिन्डी को छोटे टुकड़ो में काट लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम करे, अब उसमे डाले जीरा और कटा हुआ प्याज़ डाल कर भुने, प्याज़ भुने के बाद कटा हुआ भिन्डी, नमक, धनिया पाउडर, हल्दी और लाल मिर्च पाउडर मिलाकर ढककर 5 मिनट तक पकाये, अब बेसन डाल कर ढककर और 5 मिनट पकाये, अब अमचूर और कलोंजी डाल कर ढककर भिन्डी पकने तक पकाये,बीच बीच में मिलाते हुये पकाये,भिन्डी पकने के बाद गैस बंद कर लीजिये, बेसन भिन्डी करी तैयार.

Besan Bhindi Recipe In English

★ Cut onions into thin slices. Wash okra, cut edges and cut them into small pieces.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, onion and fry. After onions are fried add okra, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cover with lid and cook for 5 mins. Add gram flour and cook for 5 mins. Now add dried mango powder, black cumin, cover with lid and cook till okra is cooked stir in between. After okra is cooked switch off the gas. Besan Bhindi is ready.
