Ingredients for BBesan Ka Cheela Recipe in Hindi

बेसन – 1 कप (Gram flour)
बेकिंग सोडा – 1/2 T spoon (Baking soda)
प्याज़ – 1 (Onion)
हरी मिर्च – 2 (Green chilli)
धनिया पत्ता – 2 T spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves)
हल्दी – 1 pinch (Turmeric powder)
जीरा – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
गाजर – 2 Table spoon (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Carrot)
टमाटर – 1 (Tomato)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

Besan Ka Cheela Recipe In Hindi

How to Make Besan Ka Cheela Recipe – विधि

★ प्याज़, टमाटर, हरी मिर्च को बारीक़ काट लीजिये.

★ अब एक बाउल में बेसन, प्याज़, धनिया पत्ता, हल्दी, जीरा, टमाटर, नमक, गाजर बेकिंग सोडा, 1/2 कप पानी डाल कर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये.

★ बेटर न ज्यादा पतला और न ज्यादा मोटा होना चाहये.

★ अब एक नॉन स्टिक पेन गरम कीजिये. अब गरम तवे पर 1 या 2 चम्मच घोल भर कर मिश्रण डालिये और चम्मच पतला फैलाइये. अब चीले के घोल तेल डाल कर दोनों और सेक लीजिये. गरमा गरम बेसन का चीला तैयार.

Besan Ka Cheela Recipe In English

★ Finely chop onion, tomato and green chilli.

★ Take a bowl and add gram flour, onion, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, tomato, salt, carrot, baking soda, ½ cup water and mix well.

★ Batter should not be too thick or too thin.

★ Heat non-stick pan. Pour 1 or 2 spoonful batter on pan and spread it. Pour oil and fry both sides. Besan Ka Cheela is ready.
