Bhindi Kurkuri Recipe

Ingredients for Bhindi Kurkuri Recipe in Hindi

भिन्डी – 250 g.m (Bhindi)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
बेसन – 2 Table spoon (Gram flour)
जीरा पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin powder)
चावल का आटा – 1 Table spoon (Rice flour)
धनिया पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Coriander powder)
गरम मसाला पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Garam masala powder)
हल्दी – 1/4 T spoon (Turmeri cpowder)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil – as required )
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – to taste )

How to Make Bhindi Kurkuri Recipe – विधि

★ भिन्डी को पानी से अछि तरह धो कर कपडे पोछ लीजिये. उसके बाद भिन्डी दोनों तरह डंठल काट कर निकल लीजिये. अब भिन्डी धो टुकड़ो काट कर अन्दर का बीज निकाल लीजिये. उसके बाद पतला लम्बा कर लीजिये. सारे भिन्डी काट कर एक बाउल में डाल लीजिये.

★ अब भिन्डी में नमक, बेसन, चावल का आटा, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर, गरम मसाला, जीरा पाउडर, हल्दी डाल कर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डालकर गरम कीजिये. अब गरम तेल में थोड़ा थोड़ा भिन्डी डालकर पहले 1-2 मिनट तक हाई फ्लेम रख कर पकाये उसके बाद मध्यम आंच पर क्रिस्पी होने पका कर निकाल लीजिये. गरमा गरम भिन्डी कुरकुरे तैयार.

Bhindi Kurkuri Recipe In English

★ Wash okra with water and wipe them with cloth. Cut both edges of okra. Cut okra into 2 pieces and remove seeds. After that cut them into thin long pieces. Cut all okra in same way and put them in a bowl.

★ In okra add salt, gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and mix well.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Put okra mixture in oil and at first cook on high flame for 1 to 2 mins then reduce the flame to medium and cook till they become crisp. Bhindi Kurkuri is ready.
