Brown Rice Oats Idli Recipe

Ingredients for Brown Rice Oats Idli Recipe in Hindi

ब्राउन राइस – 3 कप (Brown rice – 3 Cups)
उरद दाल – 1 कप (White lentil – 1 Cup)
पोहा – 1/4 कप (Flattened rice flakes – ¼ Cup)
मेथी – 1/2 T spoon (Fenugreek seeds)
ओट्स – 1/4 कप (Oats – ¼ Cup)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – to taste)
पानी – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Water – as required)

How to Make Brown Rice Oats Idli Recipe – विधि

★ ब्राउन राइस को 2,3 बार पानी धो कर, चावल में पानी डाल कर भिगोने रखे.

★ उरद दाल, मेथी, पोहा, ओट्स इन सबको मिलाकर 4 घंटे पानी में भिगोने रखे. उसके बाद इन सबसे पानी हटा कर नमक और पानी डाल कर मिक्सी से पीस लीजिये. इन सबको पीसने में कम से कम 2 या 3 कप अवसक्ता पड़ेगी. पिसा हुआ दाल को रात भर के लिये एक साइड रख दीजिये.

★ अब सुबह दाल मिश्रण एक बार मिला लीजिये. अब कुकर में 2 गिलास पानी भर कर गरम होने रख दीजिये. अब इडली स्टैन्ड के खांचों में तेल लगा कर मिश्रण को चम्मच से भरकर इडली स्टैन्ड के खांचों में डालिये. अब इडली स्टैन्ड कुकर में रख कर ढक्कन बन्द करके भाप में हीं 15 मिनट तक पकने दीजिये. गरमा गरम ब्राउन राइस ओट्स इडली तैयार.

Brown Rice Oats Idli Recipe In English

★ Wash brown rice 2 or 3 times with water. Soak brown rice in water.

★ Mix white lentils, fenugreek seeds, flattened rice flakes, oats and soak them in water for 4 hrs. Remove water, add salt, water and grind them in grinder. For grinding you may require 2 to 3 cups of water. Keep this batter aside for overnight.

★ In morning once mix batter. Pour 2 glasses of water in cooker and keep it on stove for heating. Apply oils in idli stand slots, pour batter in them with a spoon. Keep idli stand in cooker, cover it, and cook with steam for 15 mins. Tasty Brown Rice Oats Idlis are ready.
