Butter Fried Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients for Butter Fried Vegetables Recipe in Hindi

मशरुम – 1/2 कप (कटा हुआ) (Mushroom – 1/2 cup (pieces) )
बीन्स – 1/2 कप (कटा हुआ)(Beans – 1/2 cup (pieces))
उबला हुआ आलू – 1/2 कप (कटा हुआ)(Boiled Potato – 1/2 cup (pieces))
टमाटर – 1/4 कप (पतला कटा हुआ)(Tomato – 1/4 cup (thin pieces))
प्याज़ – 1/4 कप (कटा हुआ) (Onion – 1/4 cup (pieces) )
मकई के दाने – 1/4 कप (Sweet corn – 1/4 cup )
शिमला मिर्च – 1/4 कप (कटा हुआ)(Capsicum – 1/4 cup (pieces))
काली मिर्च पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Black pepper powder)
लहसुन – 1/2 T spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ)(Garlic – 1/2 tea spoon (finely chopped))
निम्बू का रस – 1 T spoon (Lemon juice)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – to taste)
मक्खन – (Butter – 2 table spoons)
धनिया पत्ता – (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves – ½ cup (finely chopped))

How to Make Butter Fried Vegetables Recipe – विधि

★ कड़ाई में 1 चम्मच मक्खन डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे आलू, बीन्स, मशरुम डाल कर हल्का ब्राउन होने तक भुने.

★ अब उसमे प्याज़, लहसुन, शिमला मिर्च, मकई, टमाटर और बचा हुआ मक्खन डाल कर मिलाते हुये सब्जी पकने तक पकाये. उसके बाद काली मिर्च पाउडर, नमक, डाल कर अच्छी तरह मिला लीजिये. अब निम्बू का रस और धनिया पत्ता मिलाकर गैस बंद कर लीजिये.

Butter Fried Vegetables In English

★ Heat 1 spoon butter in a pan. Add potatoes, beans, mushroom and fry till they turn light brown.

★ Add onions, garlic, capsicum, sweet corn, tomatoes, remaining butter stir and cook till all vegetables are cooked. Add black pepper powder, salt and mix well. Add lemon juice, coriander leaves then switch off gas. Tasty Butter Fried Vegetables is ready.
