Ingredients for Capsicum Masala Rice Recipe in Hindi

चावल – 3 cup (पका हुआ) (Cooked rice)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
राय – 1 T spoon (Mustard seeds)
कड़ी पता – 15 -20 (Curry leaves)
शिमला मिर्च – 2 (बड़ा ) (Capsicum)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
नारियल – 1 Table spoon (कदूकस किया हुआ) (Coconut)
लाल मिर्च – 4 (Red chilli)
धनिया – 1 Table spoon (Coriander seeds)
जीरा – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
उरद दाल – 1 T spoon (White lentil)
दालचीनी -1 इंच का टुकड़ा (Cinnamon)
मूंगफली – 3 Table spoon(भुना हुआ ) (Peanuts)
घी – 1 T spoon (Ghee)

How to Make Capsicum Masala Rice Recipe – विधि

★ एक पेन में घी डाल कर गरम करे, अब उसमे जीरा, उरद दाल, धनिया के दाने, लाल मिर्च, दालचीनी, कड़ी पता डाल कर भून लीजिये, अब भुना मसाला ठंडा होने के बाद 2 चम्मच मूंगफली को मसाले के साथ मिला कर मिक्सी में डाल कर पीस लीजिये, शिमला मिर्च को धो कर डेन्टल और बीज हटा कर छोटे टुकड़ो में काट लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये, अब उसमे राय और कड़ी पता डाल कर भुने, अब कटा हुआ शिमला मिर्च और नमक डाल कर पकाये,अब शिमला आधा पकने बाद पका हुआ चावल, पिसा हुआ मसाला पाउडर, बचा हुआ मूंगफली और कदूकस किया हुआ नारियल डाल कर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये, गरमा गरम मसाला राइस तैयार.

Capsicum Masala Rice Recipe In English

★ Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds, white lentil, coriander seeds, red chilli, cinnamon, curry leaves and fry. After cooling grind these masalas along with 2 spoons peanuts in grinder. Wash capsicum, remove twig, seeds and cut in to small pieces.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and fry. Add capsicum, salt and cook. After capsicum is half cooked add cooked rice, powdered masala, remaining peanuts, grated coconut and mix well. Capsicum Masala Rice is ready.
