Ingredients for Carrot Jam Recipe in Hindi

गाजर – 1/2 किलो (Carrot – 1/2 kg )
निम्बू का रस – 1 T spoon (Lemon juice)
चीनी – 2 cup (Sugar)

How to Make Carrot Jam Recipe – विधि

★ गाजर को पानी से अछि तरह साफ करके छिलका हटा कर छोटे टुकड़ो में कट लीजिये.

★ अब 2 1/2 कप पानी में गाजर डाल कर उबाल लीजिये. अब गाजर से पानी हटा कर गाजर को अछि तरह मैश कर लीजिये.

★ अब मैश किया हुआ गाजर को कड़ाई में डाल कर गैस पर रखे. अब उसमे चीनी और निम्बू का रस मिलाकर चम्मच से मिलाते हुए धीमी आंच पर पकाये. अब मिश्रण अछि तरह पक कर गाड़ा (जैम की कन्सिसटेन्सी आने के बाद) होने के बाद गैस बन्द कर लीजिये. गाजर जैम तैयार.

Carrot Jam Recipe In English

★ Wash carrot with water thoroughly, peel them and cut them into small pieces.

★ In 2 ½ cups water put carrot pieces and boil them. Now remove water from carrot and mash them well.

★ Put mashed carrot in a pan and keep it on stove. Add sugar, lemon juice, stir continuously with a spoon and cook on low flame. After mixture is completely cooked (after it reaches jam consistency) switch off the gas. Carrot Jam is ready.
