Ingredients for Chana Dal Pakora Recipe in Hindi

चना दाल – 1 कप (Bengal gram)
अदरक – 1 इंच का टुकड़ा (Ginger)
जीरा – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
हरी मिर्च – 4 (Green chilli)
कड़ी पत्ता – 5 -6 (Curry leaves)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
प्याज़ – 1 (Onion)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
बेकिंग सोडा – 1 पिंच (Baking soda)
लहसुन – 3 (Garlic clove)
धनिया पत्ता – 1 T able spoon (Coriander leaves)
सौंफ – 1/2 T spoon (fennel seeds)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

How to Make Chana Dal Pakora Recipe – विधि

★ चना दाल को 3 -4 घंटे भिगो कर रखे.

★ अब चना दाल, अदरक, लहसुन, हरी मिर्च, कड़ी पत्ता, सौंफ, जीरा, नमक इन सबको मिक्सी से बारीक़ पीस लीजिये. प्याज़ को बारीक़ काट लीजिये.

★ अब दाल मिश्रण में कटा हाउ प्याज़, धनिया पत्ता, बेकिंग सोडा, लाल मिर्च पाउडर डाल कर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये, गरम तेल में चम्मच से या हाथ से थोड़ा मिश्रण उठाकर कड़ाई में डालिये, 3 -4 या जितने पकोड़े कड़ाई में आ जय, उतने डाल दीजिये,पकोड़ों को पलट पलट कर गोल्डन ब्राउन होने तक तल तलिये, सारे पकोड़े इसी प्रकार तल कर निकाल लीजिये, गरमा गरम चना दाल पकोड़ा तैयार.

Chana Dal Pakora Recipe In English

★ Soak bengal gram for 3 to 4 hrs.

★ Grind soaked bengal gram, ginger, garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, salt into fine paste in grinder. Finely chop onions.

★ In bengal gram mixture add chopped onions, coriander leaves, baking soda, red chilli powder and mix well.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Take small portion from mixture using hand or spoon and drop them in oil. Drop 4 or 5 or as many pakodas as possible in oil and fry till they turn golden brown. Prepare all pakodas similarly. Chana Dal Pakoras are ready.
