Chena Murki Burfi Recipe

Ingredients for Chena Murki Burfi Recipe in Hindi

पनीर – 3/4 कप (Paneer)
घी – 1/2 किलो (Ghee)
चीनी – 3/4 कप (Sugar)
पानी – 1 लीटर (Water)
इलायची पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Cardamom powder)
रोज एसेंस – 20 drops (Roses essence)

How to Make Chena Murki Burfi Recipe – विधि

★ पनीर को कद्दूकस कर लीजिये. अब इस मिश्रण से छोटे छोटे गोल बना लीजिये.

★ कड़ाई में घी डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे पनीर के गोल डाल तल कर निकाल लीजिये.

★ अब एक बर्तन में पानी और चीनी डाल कर उबालने रखे, अब एक तार की चाशनी बने के बाद उसमे रोज एसेंस, इलायची पाउडर डाल कर गैस बंद कर लीजिये. अब पनीर के गोल डाल कर ठंडा होने दीजिये. उसके बाद बहार निकाल कर आपको पसंद हो तो पनीर के गोल पर नारियल पाउडर डाल सकते. चेना मुरकी बर्फी तैयार.

Chena Murki Burfi Recipe In English

★ Grate paneer. Make small balls of this mixture.

★ Heat ghee in a pan. Fry paneer balls in it and keep aside.

★ Take a vessel and add sugar, water and boil. After it reaches one thread consistency add rose essence, cardamom powder and switch off the gas. Add paneer balls and let it cool. After that take them out and if you wish garnish with coconut powder and serve. Chena Murki Burfi is ready.
