Chicken Kenaf Leaves Recipe

Ingredients for Chicken Kenaf Leaves Curry – आवश्यक सामग्री

चिकन -500 gram (chicken)
हल्दी -1/2 t spoon (Turmeric powder)
नमक – -स्वादानुसार (Salt)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर -2 tspoon (red chilli powder)
लसुन -10(kali) (garlic)
अदरक -1 इंच का टुकड़ा (ginger)
तेल – (oil)
लौंग -4 (clove)
इलायची -4 (Green Cardamom)
तेज पता -2(bay leaf)
दालचीनी -1 इंच का टुकड़ा (Cinnamon)
पिटवा -2 कप (kneaf leaves)
प्याज़ -1(बड़ा ) (onion)
कड़ी पता – (curry leaves)
गरम मसाला -1/2 t spoon(garam masala)
धनिया पता – 2 table spoon (Coriandar leaves)बारीक़ कटा हुआ

How to Make Chicken Kenaf Leaves Curry – विधि

★ पिटवा के पते निकल कर अछि तरह दो कर रक ले.अदरक, लसुन का पेस्ट बना ले.प्याज़ भी काट कर रक लीजीए.

★ चिकन पीसेस को धोकर पानी निकल दीजीए.अब कूकर में चिकन पीसेस,नमक,लाल मिर्च पाउडर,हल्दी,आधा अदरक,लसुन का पेस्ट मिलाकर पका कर रक लीजये. अब एक कड़ाई में तेल गरम करे अब उसमे लौंग,इलायची,तेजपत्ता,दालचीनी डाल कर भुने.अब कड़ी पता बचा हुआ अदरक लसुन का पेस्ट डाल कर मिलाये.अब कटा हुआ प्याज़ डाल कर भुने.प्याज़ भुने के बाद पिटवा का पता डाल कर मिलाये.पिटवा पूरी तरह पकने के बाद चिकन डाल मिलाये.अब तोडा पानी डाल कर पकाना है.आखिर में गरम मसाला,धनिया पता डाल कर मिलाये,अब गैस बंद कर दीजीए.अब उसे एक बाउल में निकलीजिए.

★ अब गरमा गरम Kenaf Leaves chicken curry तैयार.आप इसे चावल या रोटी के सात का सकते है.

Chicken Kenaf Leaves Recipe In English

★ Wash Kenaf leaves thoroughly with water and keep aside. Make ginger garlic paste. Cut onions.

★ Wash chicken with water. Take cooker, add chicken, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, half ginger garlic paste, mix them and cook then keep it aside.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add cloves, cardamom, bay leaf, cinnamon and fry them. Add curry leaves, remaining ginger garlic paste and mix them. Add chopped onions and fry them. After that add Kenaf leaves and mix. After Kenaf leaves are completely cooked add chicken and mix. Add some water and cook. At last add garam masala, coriander leaves and mix. Switch off the gas. Take curry in to a bowl. Tasty Chicken Kenaf Leaves is ready. Serve with roti or rice.
