Ingredients for Chilli Bread Recipe in Hindi

ब्रेड स्लाइसेस – 6 (Bread slices)
प्याज़ – 1 (Onion)
टमाटर – 1 (Tomato)
गाजर – 1 (Carrot)
शिमला मिर्च – 1 (Capsicum)
लहसुन – 3 (Garlic)
हरी मिर्च – 3 (Green chilli)
विनिगर – 1 T spoon (Vinigar)
टोमेटो सॉस – 1 Table spoon (Tomato sauce)
चिल्ली सॉस – 1 Table spoon (Chilli sauce)
सोया सॉस – 1 Table spoon (Soya sauce)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – to taste )
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil – as required )

How to Make Chilli Bread Recipe – विधि

★ प्याज़, टमाटर, हरी मिर्च, लहुसन को बारीक़ काट लीजिये. गाजर और शिमला मिर्च को क्यूब्स के शेप में काट लीजिये.

★ अब पेन को गरम कीजिये. अब उसके ऊपर ब्रेड स्लाइसेस रख दोनों हल्का ब्राउन होने तक सेख कर निकाल लीजिये. उसके बाद ब्रेड स्लाइसेस को क्यूब्स की तरह काट लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डालकर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे बारीक़ कटा हुआ लहसुन डाल कर भुने. उसके बाद प्याज़, गाजर, हरी मिर्च डालकर 1 मिनट तक पकाये. अब टमाटर डालकर पकाये. अब टमाटर नरम होने के बाद सोया सॉस, चिल्ली सॉस, टोमेटो सॉस, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, नमक डालकर 2 – 3 मिनट तक पकाये. उसके बाद शिमला मिर्च, ब्रेड, विनिगर डालकर 1- 2 मिनट तक पका कर गैस बन्द कर लीजिये. गरमा गरम चिल्ली ब्रेड तैयार.

Instructions for Chilli Bread Recipe In English

★ Finely chop onion, tomato, green chillies and garlic. Cut carrot and capsicum into cube shaped pieces.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Put bread slices on it and fry on both sides till they turn golden brown and keep them aside. After that cut bread slices into cubes.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic and fry. Add onion, carrot, green chillies and cook for 1 min. Add tomatoes and cook. After tomatoes become soft add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, red chilli powder, salt and cook for 2 to 3 mins. Then add capsicum, bread, vinegar and cook for 1 to 2 mins and switch off the gas. Chilli Bread is ready.
