Chinese Hakka Chicken Recipe

Ingredients for Chinese Hakka Chicken Recipe in Hindi

चिकन(बोनलेस, स्किनलेस) – 1/2 kg (Chicken bonless, skinless)
महीन सफ़ेद चीनी – 2 Table spoon (Caster sugar)
सोया सॉस – 5 Table spoon (Soya sauce)
चिकन स्टॉक – 1 cup (Chicken stock)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil – as required)
अदरक – 1 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Ginger – 1 table spoon (finely chopped))
गाजर – 3 (Carrot)
प्याज़ – 2 (Onion)
हरा प्याज़ – 1 कप (कटा हुआ ) (Spring onion – 1 cup (pieces) )
मशरुम – 250 gm (Mushroom)
राइस नुडल्स – 250 gm (Rice noodles)

How to Make Chinese Hakka Chicken Recipe – विधि

★ चिकन को छोटे पीसेस में काट लीजिये, राइस नुडल्स को पानी में भिगो कर 2 इंच के टुकड़ो में काट कर रख लीजिये.

★ एक बर्तन में सफ़ेद चीनी, सोया, चिकन स्टॉक को डाल कर मिला कर रख लीजिये, प्याज़, मशरुम और गाजर को काट कर रख लीजिये.

★ अब एक कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये, अब उसमे डालें बारीक़ कटा हुआ अदरक डाल कर भुने, अदरक भुने के बाद चिकन पीसेस डाल कर भुने, अब सोया मिश्रण डाल कर पकाये, उसके बाद कटा हुआ गाजर, प्याज़ और मशरुम डाल कर मिलाकर ढककर पकाये, चिकन पकने के बाद राइस नुडल्स डाल कर 2- 3 मिनट पकाये. गरमा गरम Chinese hakka chicken तैयार.

Chinese Hakka Chicken Recipe In English

★ Cut chicken in to small pieces. Soak rice noodles in water and break them in to 2 inch size pieces.

★ Take a bowl, add caster sugar, soya sauce, chicken stock mix them and keep aside. Cut onions, mushroom and carrots.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger and fry, after that add chicken pieces and fry them. Now add soya mixture and cook. Add carrot, onion and mushroom mix them, cover and cook. After chicken is cooked add rice noodles and cook for 2 to 3 mins. Tasty Chinese Hakka Chicken is ready.
