Creamy Mushroom Pasta Recipe

Ingredients for Creamy Mushroom Pasta Recipe in Hindi

पास्ता – 150 g.m (Pasta)
दूध – 1 कप (Milk – 1 cup )
मशरुम – 200 g.m (Mushroom)
चीज़ – 1/4 कप (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Cheese – 1/4 cup (grated) )
लहुसन – 6 (Garlic)
मक्खन – 2 Table spoon (Butter)
प्याज़ – 1 (Onion)
मैदा – 2 Table spoon (Maida)
काली मिर्च पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Black pepper powder)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – to taste )

How to Make Creamy Mushroom Pasta Recipe – विधि

★ एक बर्तन में पानी और नमक डालकर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे पास्ता डालकर 8 मिनट तक उबाल लीजिये. अब उबला हुआ पास्ता को छान कर 2 – 3 चम्मच पानी रख बाकि पानी हटा दीजिये.

★ लहुसन और प्याज़ को बारीक़ काट लीजिये. मशरुम को धो कर छोटे टुकड़ो में काट लीजिये.

★ अब पेन में मक्खन डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे बारीक़ कटा हुआ लहुसन और प्याज़ डालकर पकाये. उसके बाद कटा हुआ मशरुम डालकर पकाये. अब मशरुम नरम होने के बाद मैदा डालकर 2 मिनट तक पकाये. अब आंच को धीमी करके थोड़ा थोड़ा दूध डालकर धिरे धिरे मिलाते हुए पकाये. अब उसमे नमक, कद्दूकस किया हुआ चीज़, काली मिर्च पाउडर डालकर मिलाये. उसके बाद उबला हुआ पास्ता और उबला हुआ पास्ता का पानी डालकर 2 – 3 मिनट तक पकाये. गरमा गरम क्रीम मशरुम पास्ता तैयार.

Creamy Mushroom Pasta Recipe In English

★ Take a vessel, add water, salt and heat it. Now put pasta in it and boil for 8 mins. Filter boiled pasta, keep 2 or 3 spoons of water and remove remaining water.

★ Finely chop garlic and onions. Wash mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.

★ Heat butter in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic, onions and cook them. Then add mushroom pieces and cook. After mushrooms become soft add maida and cook for 2 mins. Now reduce the flame add small quantity of milk at a time, stir and cook. Now add salt, grated cheese, black pepper powder and mix. Now add boiled pasta and boiled pasta water and cook for 2 to 3 mins. Creamy Mushroom Pasta is ready.
