Ingredients for Cucumber and Carrot Curd Rice Recipe in Hindi

गाजर – 1 कप (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (carrot 1 cup(grated) )
दही – 2 कप (Curd 2 cup)
खीरा – 1/2 कप (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Cucumber– 1/2 cup (grated) )
चावल – 1 कप (पका हुआ) (Boiled Rice 1 cup)
दूध – 1/4 कप (Milk 1/4 )
धनिया पत्ता – 1/4 कप (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup (finely chopped) )
राय – 1 T spoon (Mustard seeds)
सूखी लाल मिर्च – 2 (Dry red chilli)
उरद दाल – 2 T spoon (White lentil)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

How to Make Cucumber and Carrot Curd Rice Recipe – विधि

★ एक बाउल में पका हुआ चावल डाल कर चम्म्च से मैश कर लीजिये. उसके बाद उसमे दही, गाजर, खीरा, नमक, दूध, धनिया पत्ता डाल कर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये.

★ अब एक छोटे पेन में 1 टेबल स्पून तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे राय, उरद दाल, सूखी लाल मिर्च डाल कर भुने. अब इस तड़के को चावल में डाल कर मिलाये. टण्डा होने के बाद चावल को फ्रीज़ में 1 घंटे के लिए रख दीजिये. उसके बाद निकाल कर खाइये.

Cucumber and Carrot Curd Rice Recipe In English

★ Take a bowl, add cooked rice and mash it with a spoon. Then add curd, carrot, cucumber, salt, milk, coriander leaves and mix well.

★ Heat 1 table spoon of oil in a small pan. Now add mustard seeds, white lentils, dry red chilli and fry. Mix this tempering in rice. After cooling keep rice in refrigerator for 1 hr. After that take it out and serve. Cucumber and Carrot Curd Rice is ready.
