Egg Biryani Recipe

Ingredients for Egg Biryani Recipe in Hindi

बासमती चावल – 1/2 किलो (Basmati rice – 1/2 Kg )
प्याज़ – 2 (Onion)
टमाटर – 1 (Toamto)
हरी मिर्च – 2 (Green chilli)
अंडा – 4 (उबला हुआ) (Egg – 4 (boiled) )
धनिया पत्ता – 1 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves – 1 table spoon (finely chopped) )
दही – 1/2 cup कप (Curd)
पुदीना – 1/4 कप (Mint leaves – 1/4 cup )
हल्दी – 1/4 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
गरम मसाला – 1/2 T spoon (Gaam masala powder)
जीरा – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
बिरयानी मसाला – 1 1/2 T spoon (Biryani masala powder)
अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट – Table spoon (Ginger garlic paste)
दालचीनी – 1/2 Inch (Cinnamon)
लौंग – 4 (Clove)
इलायची – 2 (Cardamom)
तेज पत्ता – 1 (Bayleaf)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil – as required )
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – to taste )

How to Make Egg Biryani Recipe – विधि

★ चावल को धो कर 30 मिनट तक भिगो कर रखे.

★ प्याज़, टमाटर, हरी मिर्च को पतला लम्बा काट लीजिये.

★ अब कुकर या पेन में तेल डालकर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे दालचीनी, जीरा, लौंग, इलायची, तेज पत्ता डालकर भून लीजिये. उसके बाद कटा हुआ प्याज़ और हरी मिर्च डालकर पकाये. प्याज़ हल्का ब्राउन होने के बाद अदरक लहुसन का पेस्ट डालकर मिलाये. उसके बाद टमाटर डालकर पकाये. अब उसमे हल्दी, नमक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, दही, गरम मसाला पाउडर, धनिया पत्ता, पुदीने के पत्ते डालकर पकाये. अब उबला हुआ अंडा और बिरयानी मसाला पाउडर मिलाकर 2 मिनट तक पकाये. उसके बाद पानी डालकर पकाये. अब पानी उबाल आने के बाद चावल मिलाकर बिना दक्कन रखे चावल आधा पकने तक पाक कर उसके बाद धीमी आंच पर ढककर 5 – 6 मिनट तक पकाये. गरमा गरम अंडा बिरयानी तैयार.

Instructions for Egg Biryani Recipe In English

★ Wash rice and soak them for 30 mins.

★ Cut onion, tomato and green chillies into thin long pieces.

★ Heat oil in cooker or pan. Add cinnamon, cumin seeds, clove, cardamom, bay leaf and fry. Add onions, green chillies and cook. After onions turn golden brown add ginger garlic paste and cook. Then add tomatoes and cook. Now add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, curd, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves and cook. Add boiled eggs, biryani masala powder and cook for 2 mins. Add water and cook. After water comes to boil add rice and without lid cook till rice is half done then cover with lid and cook on low flame for 5 to 6 mins. Egg Biryani is ready.
