Ingredients for Gajar Matar Sandwich Recipe in Hindi

ब्रेड स्लाइसेस – 8 (Bread slices)
गाजर – 1 कप (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Carrot – 1 cup (grated) )
हरा मटर – 1/4 कप (उबला हुआ) (Green peas – 1/4 cup (boiled) )
पनीर – 1/2 कप (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Paneer – 1/2 cup (grated) )
मक्कन – 4 Table spoon (Butter)
अदरक – 1 T spoon (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Ginger – 1 tea spoon (grated) )
हरी मिर्च – 1 (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped) )
धनिया पत्ता – 1 Table spoon (बारीक़ काट हुआ) (Coriander leaves – 1 table spoon (finely chopped) )
चाट मसाला – 1 T spoon (Chat masala)
चीज़ – 1 कप (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Cheese – 1 cup (grated) )
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – to taste )

How to Make Gajar Matar Sandwich Recipe – विधि

★ अब एक बाउल में कद्दूकस किया हुआ गाजर, मटर, पनीर, नमक, चाट मसाला, अदरक, हरी मिर्च धनिया पत्ता डालकर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये.

★ अब एक ब्रेड स्लाइसेस को लेकर मक्खन लगाकर उसके ऊपर थोड़ा गाजर मिश्रण रख कर उसके ऊपर कद्दूकस किया हुआ चीज़ थोड़ा डालकर दूसरे ब्रेड स्लाइसेस को उसके ऊपर रख कर हल्का दबाये.

★ अब तवे को गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे थोड़ा मक्खन डालकर गरम कीजिये. अब तवे के ऊपर ब्रेड स्लाइसेस रख कर दोनों और सेख लीजिये. इसी तरह स्लाइसेस को तैयार करके सेख लीजिये. गरमा गरम गाजर मटर सैंडविच तैयार.

Instructions for Gajar Matar Sandwich Recipe In English

★ Take a bowl add grated carrot, green peas, paneer, salt, chat masala, ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves and mix well.

★ Take a bread slice apply butter on it put some carrot mixture on it, put some grated cheese on it then put another bread slice on it and press slightly.

★ Heat tawa. Heat some butter in it. Put bread sandwich on it and fry on both sides. In same way fry all sandwiches. Gajar Matar Sandwich is ready.
