Ingredients for Garlic Naans Recipe in Hindi

मैदा – 2 कप (Maida)
मक्खन – 3 Table spoon (Butter)
दही – 1/2 कप (Curd)
बेकिंग सोडा – 1/2 T spoon (Baking soda)
चीनी – 1/2 T spoon (Sugar)
लहसुन – 3 T spoon (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Garlic)
दूध – 1/2 कप (हल्का गरम) (Milk)
बेकिंग पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Baking powder)
धनिया पत्ता – 2 T spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)

How to Make Garlic Naans Recipe – विधि

★ मैदा में बेकिंग पाउडर, नमक, बेकिंग सोडा डाल कर मिलाये. उसके बाद दही, दूध, चीनी डाल कर नरम आटा गूथ लीजिये. अब आटे 4 – 5 घंटे तक साइड में रख दीजिये.

★ अब गुथे हुये आटे से एक लोई लेकर मोटा चपाती बेलकर उसके ऊपर लहसुन और धनिया पत्ता डाल कर हल्का बेल लीजिये, ताकि लहसुन और धनिया पत्ता छिपक जय. इसी तरह सारे चपाती बना लीजिये.

★ अब तवा को गरम कीजिये. अब लहसुन लगा हुआ चपाती के दूसरे तरफ चपाती को तवे पर रख कर सेक लीजिये. अब चपाती के दोनों तरफ मक्खन लगाकर खाइये. गरमा गरम गार्लिक नान तैयार.

Garlic Naans Recipe In English

★ In maida add baking powder, salt, baking soda and mix. After that add milk, curd, sugar and knead soft dough. Keep dough aside for 4 to 5 hrs.

★ Take small portion from dough, make a thick chapathi with it, put garlic, coriander leaves on it and roll it slightly so that garlic and coriander leaves are stick to chapathi. Prepare all chapathis similarly.

★ Heat tawa. Put garlic side of chapathi on tawa first and fry it. Apply butter on both sides of chapathi and serve it. Garlic Naans are ready.
