Ingredients for Ginger Fruit Punch Recipe in Hindi

अदरक – 8 इंच का टुकड़ा (Ginger – 8 inch piece)
चीनी – 1 cup (Sugar)
निम्बू का रस – 1 कप (Lemon juice –1 cup)
संतरा का रस – 1 1/2 कप (Orange juice – 1 1/2 cup )
पानी – 3 कप (Water – 3 cup)

How to Make Ginger Fruit Punch Recipe – विधि

★ अदरक का छिलका निकाल कर पानी से साफ कर लीजिये, अब अदरक कद्दूकस कर लीजिये.

★ अब एक पेन में कद्दूकस किया हुआ अदरक, चीनी और पानी डाल कर ढककर उबालने रखे, उबाल आने बाद धीमी आंच पर ढक्कन हटा कर 15 मिनट तक उबालने दीजिये.

★ अब अदरक के रस को छान कर ठंडा होने दीजिये, अब उसमे निम्बू का रस और संतरा का रस मिलाकर उसे फ्रीज़ में रख लीजिये, आपको जब पीना है तब फ्रीज़ से निकाल कर पानी में मिलाकर बर्फ क्यूब डाल कर पीये और पिलाये, ठंडा ठंडा जिंजर फ्रूट पाँच.

Ginger Fruit Punch Recipe In English

★ Remove ginger skin and wash with water, now grate ginger.

★ Take a vessel, add grated ginger, sugar, water and cover it with lid and keep it on stove for boiling. When it comes to boil remove lid and cook on low flame for 15 mins.

★ Filter ginger solution, let it cool. Now mix lemon juice, orange juice in it and keep it in refrigerator. When you want to have this, take it out from refrigerator mix it in water add ice cubes. Tasty Ginger Fruit Punch is ready.
