Ginger Prawns Recipe

Ingredients for Ginger Prawns Recipe in Hindi

प्रौंस – 250 g.m (Prawns)
धनिया पत्ता – 3 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves – 3 table spoon (finely chopped))
अजीनोमोटो – 1/2 T spoon (Ajinomoto)
रेड ऑरेंज कलर – 1 pinch (Red orange colour)
सोया सॉस – 2 T spoon (Soya sauce)
हरी मिर्च – 4 (Green chilli)
हल्दी – 1/2 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 2 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
अदरक – 100 g.m (Ginger)
लहसुन – 50 g.m (Garlic)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
प्याज़ – 200 g.m (Onion)

Ginger Prawns Recipe in Hindi

How to Make Ginger Prawns Recipe – विधि

★ प्रौंस को अछि तरह पानी साफ कर लीजिये.

★ अदरक, हरी मिर्च, लहसुन को मिक्सी से बारीक़ पीस लीजिये. प्याज़ को भी पीस लीजिये.

★ अब एक नॉन स्टिक पेन में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे पीसा हुआ प्याज़ का पेस्ट और अदरक का पेस्ट डाल कर मसाला से तेल ऊपर आने तक पकाये. अब रेड ऑरेंज कलर, हल्दी, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, नमक, सोया सॉस, अजीनोमोटो डाल कर मिलाये. अब प्रौंस डाल कर पकाये. प्रौंस पकने के बाद बारीक़ कटा हुआ धनिया पत्ता डाल कर 2 मिनट पकाये. गरमा गरम जिंजर प्रौंस तैयार.

Ginger Prawns Recipe In English

★ Wash prawns thoroughly with water.

★ Grind ginger, green chilli, garlic in mixer. Grind onions also.

★ Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion paste, ginger paste and cook till oil floats on masala. Add red orange color, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, soya sauce, ajinomoto and mix. Add prawns and cook. After prawns are cooked add finely chopped coriander leaves and cook for 2 mins. Tasty Ginger Prawns are ready.
