Golpapdi Recipe

Ingredients for Golpapdi Recipe in Hindi

गेहू का आटा – 1 कप (Wheat flour)
खसखस – 1 T spoon (Poppy seeds)
घी – 5 T able spoon (Ghee)
गुड – 3/4 कप (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Jaggery)
इलायची पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Cardamom powder)
नारियल बुरादा – 1 Table spoon (Desiccated coconut)
बादाम, पिस्ता – 3 Table spoon (पीसेस) (Almond pista)

How to Make Golpapdi Recipe – विधि

★ एक प्लेट में घी लगाकर चिकना कीजिये और उसमे खसखस डालकर रखे.

★ अब नॉन स्टिक पेन में घी डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे गेहू का आटा डाल कर रॅण्ड बदलने तक भून लीजिये. अब आग को धीमी करके कद्दूकस किया हुआ गुड, इलायची पाउडर, नारियल डाल कर मिलाये. गुड गलते ही गैस बंद कर दीजिये और अछि तरह मिलाकर मिश्रण को घी लगाकर रख हुआ प्लेट में डाले और बादाम पिस्ता पीसेस मिलाकर प्लेट में एक सामान फैलाइये और पीसेस में काट लीजिये. गोलपपड़ी तैयार.

Golpapdi Recipe In English

★ Grease a plate with ghee and put poppy seeds in it.

★ Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Now add wheat flour and fry till it changes color. Now reduce the flame and add grated jaggery, cardamom powder, coconut and mix. After jaggery melts switch off the gas, mix well and put it ghee greased plate, spread evenly and garnish with almonds and pista after cooling cut it into pieces. Golpapdi is ready.
