Gulab Jamun Kulfi Recipe

Ingredients for Gulab Jamun Kulfi Recipe in Hindi

गुलाब जामुन – 12 (छोटा) (Gulab jamun)
चीनी – 1 कप (Sugar)
खोया – 3 Table spoon (Khoya)
दूध – 5 कप (Milk)
कॉर्न फ्लौर – 1 Table spoon (Corn flour)
दूध पाउडर – 3 Table spoon (Milk powder)
कंडेंस्ड मिल्क – 1/2 litar (Sweet condensed milk)

How to Make Gulab Jamun Kulfi Recipe – विधि

★ अब एक बर्तन में 4 1/2 कप दूध डाल कर उबालने रखे.

★ अब 1/2 कप दूध में दूध पाउडर और कॉर्न फ्लौर मिलाकर पेस्ट की तरह बना लीजिये.

★ अब दूध उबाल कर आधा होने के बाद उसमे दूध पाउडर का पेस्ट मिलाकर 5 मिनट तक मिलाते हुये पकाये. उसके बाद उसमे कंडेंस्ड मिल्क, खोया, चीनी डाल कर अछि तरह मिलाकर मिश्रण गाड़ा होने तक पकाये. अब उसमे गुलाब जामुन डाल कर गैस बन्द कर लीजिये.

★ अब मिश्रण टण्डा होने के बाद कुल्फी मोल्ड्स में भर कर डीप फ्रीज़ में 5 – 6 घंटे के लिए रख दीजिये. गुलाब जामुन कुल्फी तैयार.

Gulab Jamun Kulfi Recipe In English

★ Take a vessel and add 4 ½ cups of milk and keep it on stove to boil.

★ In ½ cup of milk add milk powder, corn flour, mix and make paste.

★ After milk boils and reduces to half add milk powder paste stir continuously and cook for 5 mins. After that add condensed milk, khoya, sugar, mix well and cook till mixture becomes thick. Now add gulab jamuns and switch off the gas.

★ After mixture becomes cool fill it in kulfi moulds and keep it in deep freezer for 5 to 6 hrs. Gulab Jamun Kulfi is ready.
