Ingredients for Idli Fry Recipe in Hindi

इडली – 4 (Idli)
राय – 1/2 T spoon (Mustard seeds)
कड़ी पत्ता – 10 -12 (Curry leaves)
प्याज़ – 1/2 cup (कटा हुआ) (Onion – ½ cup (chopped))
टमाटर – 1/2 cup (कटा हुआ) (Tomato – ½ cup (chopped))
काली मिर्च पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Black pepper powder)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
हल्दी – 1 pinch (Turmeric powder)
दही – 2 Table spoon (Curd)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

How to Make Idli Fry Recipe – विधि

★ इडली को छोटे टुकड़ो में काट लीजिये.

★ एक बाउल में लाल मिर्च पाउडर, हल्दी, नमक, काली मिर्च पाउडर, दही डाल कर मिला लीजिये. अब इस मिश्रण में इडली पीसेस डाल कर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में थोड़ा तेल डाल कर गरम करे, अब इडली पीसेस डाल काट भुने कर निकाल लीजिये.

★ अब एक और कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम करे. अब उसमे डाले राय, कड़ी पता डाल कर भुने. अब कटा हुआ प्याज़ डाल कर भुने. प्याज़ भुने के बाद टमाटर डालकर पकाये. अब इडली पीसेस डाल कर अछि तरह मिला कर गैस बंद कर लीजिये. गरमा गरम इडली फ्राई तैयार.

Idli Fry Recipe In English

★ Cut idlis in to small pieces.

★ Take a bowl add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper powder, curd and mix. Add idli pieces in this mixture and mix well.

★ Heat some oil in pan. Fry idli pieces in it and keep them aside.

★ Heat oil in another pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and fry them. Add onions and fry them. After that add tomato and cook. Add fried idli pieces mix well and switch off the gas. Tasty Idli fry is ready.
