Kacha Kela Curry Recipe

Ingredients for Kacha Kela Curry Recipe in Hindi

कच्चा केला – 2 (Green banana)
चना डाल – 250 g.m (Bengal garam)
हरी मिर्च – 4 (Green chilli)
धनिया पता – 1 (banch) (Coriander leaves)
ताजा नारियल – 4 Table spoon (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Coconut)
अदरक – 1 T spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Ginger)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
कड़ी पता – 10 – 12 (Curry leaves)
उरद डाल – 1 T spoon (White lentil)
लाल मिर्च – 2 (Red chilli)
जीरा – 1 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
राय – 1 T spoon (Mustard seeds)
हींग – 1/4 T spoon (Asafoetida)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)

How to Make Kacha Kela Curry Recipe – विधि

★ चनादाल में पानी डाल कर भिगोने 1 घंटे के लिये भिगोने रखे.

★ कच्चा केला का छिलका निकाल कर छोटे टुकड़ो में काट कर रख लीजिये.

★ अब भिगो कर रखा हुआ चनादाल, हरी मिर्च, धनिया पता, ताजा नारियल, अदरक, हल्दी, नमक, हींग इन सबको मिलाकर मिक्सी में डाल कर पीस लीजिये.

★ अब एक कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम करे, अब उसमे डाले राय, लाल मिर्च, जीरा, उरद दाल, कड़ी पता डाल कर भुने, अब कटा हुआ कच्चा केला डाल कर धीमी आंच पर पकाये, उसके बाद पिसा हुआ चना डाल और नमक मिलाकर अछि तरह पका लीजिये, गरमा गरम चनादाल कच्चा केला की करी तैयार.

Kacha Kela Curry Recipe In English

★ Soak bengal gram in water for 1 hr.

★ Peel raw banana and cut them into small pieces.

★ Grind soaked bengal gram, green chilli, coriander leaves, coconut, ginger, turmeric powder, salt, asafoetida together in grinder.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, red chilli, cumin seeds, white lentil, curry leaves and fry. Add raw banana pieces and cook on low flame. Add ground bengal gram paste, salt and cook. Kacha Kela Curry is ready.
