Kaju Mysorepak Recipe

Ingredients for Kaju Mysorepak Recipe in Hindi

चीनी – 1 कप (Sugar – 1 cup)
काजू पाउडर – 1 कप (Cashew – 1 cup )
पिस्ता – 5 -6 (Pista)
घी – 1 कप (Ghee – 1 cup )

How to Make Kaju Mysorepak Recipe – विधि

★ अब एक कड़ाई में चीनी और 1/2 कप पानी डाल कर उबालने रखे. चीनी गल कर एक तार की चाशनी बनने के पहले काजू पाउडर डाल कर मिलाते हुये पकाये.

★ अब बीच बीच में घी डाल कर मिलाते रहिये. उसके बाद मिश्रण गाड़ा होकर कड़ाई से न चिपक कर अलग होने लगे तब गैस बंद कर लीजिये.

★ अब एक प्लेट में घी लगाकर चिकना कीजिये. अब उसमे काजू मिश्रण डाल कर एक सामान फैलाइये, आप चाहे काजू तो काजू मिश्रण के ऊपर थोड़ा घी डाल सकते. अब उसके ऊपर पिस्ता को छोटे छोटे टुकड़े डाल कर मिश्रण ठंडा होने दीजिये. उसके बाद पीसेस में काट लीजिये. काजू मैसूर पाक तैयार.

Kaju Mysorepak Recipe In English

★ Boil sugar and ½ cup water in a pan. After sugar melts before it forms one thread consistency add cashew powder and cook while stirring continuously.

★ Add ghee in between and mix. When mixture becomes thick and begins to leave the edges of the pan then switch off the gas.

★ Grease a plate with ghee. Put cashew mixture in plate and spread it evenly. If you want you can apply ghee up on cashew mixture. Garnish it with pista pieces and let it cool. After that cut it in to pieces. Tasty Kaju Mysorepak is ready.
