Kala Chana Burfi Recipe

Ingredients for Kala Chana Burfi Recipe in Hindi

काला चना – 250 (भिगोया हुआ) (Black chick peas)
घी – 100 m.l
इलायची पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Cardamom powder)
चीनी – 100 g.m (Sugar)
खोया – 2 Table spoon (Khoya)

How to Make Kala Chana Burfi Recipe – विधि

★ भिगोया हुआ चना को मिक्सी से पीस लीजिये.

★ कड़ाई में घी डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे पीसा हुआ चना मिश्रण डाल कर मिश्रण से घी ऊपर आने तक पकाये. अब चीनी मिलाकर पकाये.उसके बाद खोया और इलायची पाउडर 2 -3 मिनट पकाये.

★ अब एक प्लेट में घी लगा कर मिश्रण को प्लेट में डालिये और समान रूप से फैलाइये. मिश्रण ठंडा होने के बाद पीसेस में काट लीजिये. काला चना की बर्फी तैयार.

Kala Chana Burfi Recipe In English

★ Grind soaked black chick peas in grinder.

★ Heat ghee in a pan. Now add ground black chick peas mixture and cook till ghee floats above mixture. Now add sugar and mix. Then add khoya, cardamom powder and cook for 2 to 3 mins.

★ Grease a plate with ghee, put mixture in it and spread evenly. After cooling cut mixture into pieces. Kala Chana Burfi is ready.
