Ingredients for Kashmiri Chapati Recipe in Hindi

गेहू का आटा – 1 कप (Wheat flour – 1 cup )
सौंफ – 1/2 T spoon (Fennel seeds)
दूध – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Milk – as required )
अजवाइन – 1/4 T spoon (Ajwain)
जीरा – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
काली मिर्च – 8 – 9 (Black pepper seeds)
हींग – 1/4 T spoon (Asafoetida)
घी – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Ghee – as required )
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt – to taste )

How to Make Kashmiri Chapati Recipe – विधि

★ कड़ाई में काली मिर्च, जीरा, सौफ, अजवाइन डालकर भून लीजिये. ठंडा होने के बाद मिक्सी से बारीक़ पीस लीजिये.

★ अब एक बाउल में गेहू का आटा, नमक, हींग, पीस हुआ मसाला पाउडर डालकर मिलाये. उसके बाद थोड़ा थोड़ा दूध डालकर नरम आटा गूथ लीजिये.

★ अब पेन को गरम कीजिये. अब गुथे हुए आटे से छोटा लोई लेकर गोल कीजिये और चपाती बेल कर पेन में रख कर दोनों और घी लगाकर सेक लीजिये. गरमा गरम कश्मीरी चपाती तैयार.

Kashmiri Chapati Recipe In English

★ In a pan add black pepper seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, ajwain and fry. After cooling grind them in grinder.

★ Take a bowl and add wheat flour, salt, asafoetida, ground masala powder and mix. Add sufficient milk and knead soft dough.

★ Heat pan. Take small portion from dough, shape it round and roll it into chapatti, put it on tawa and fry on both side by applying ghee. Kashmiri Chapatti is ready.
