Keema Pulao Recipe

Ingredients for Keema Pulaon – आवश्यक सामग्री

कीमा – 200 gm (Keema)
बासमती चावल – 1 1/2 कप (Basmati rice)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)
लौंग – 4 ya 5 (Cloves)
दालचीनी – 2 टुकड़े (Cinnomon stick)
इलायची – 4 ya 5 (Cardamom)
लहसुन – 2 Table spoon) (बारीक़ कटा हुआ ) (Garlic)
काली मिर्च – 10 (Black pepper)
जीरा – 1 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
प्याज़ – half cup (बारीक़ कटा हुआ ) (Onion)
हरी मिर्च – 4 (Green chilli)
अदरक, लहसुन का पेस्ट – 2 Table spoon (Ginger, garlic paste)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
टमाटर – 1 cup ( कटा हुआ ) (Tomato)
पुदीना – 2 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Mint leaves)
धनिया पता – 1 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
गरम मसाला – 1 T spoon (Garam masala)

Keema Pulao Non Vegetarian Recipe

How to Make Keema Pulao Recipes – विधि

★ चावल को धोकर आधा घंटे के लिए भिगो कर रकना है.

★ एक कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये, उसमे डाले दालचीनी, लौंग, इलायची, काली मिर्च, जीरा, लहसुन, प्याज़, हरी मिर्च डाल कर पकाये.अब कीमा डाल कर पकाये, कीमा पकने के बाद अदरक, लहसुन का पेस्ट, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, टमाटर , पुदीना के पते डाल कर पकाये, अब 3 1/2 कप गरम पानी, नमक और भिगोया हुआ चावल डाल कर मिलाये, अब गरम मसाला डाल कर मिलाये, चावल आधा पकने के बाद ढककर धीमी आंच पर 15 मिनट पकाये. गरमा गरमा कीमा पुलओ तैयार. आखिर में धनिया पता सजाई.

Keema Pulao Recipe In English

★ Wash rice and soak them for 30 mins.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, black pepper, cumin seeds, garlic, onion, green chilli and cook. Add kheema and cook. After kheema is cooked add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, tomato, mint leaves and cook. Add 3 ½ cup hot water, salt, soaked rice and mix. Add garam masala powder and mix. After rice is half cooked reduce the flame, cover and cook for 15 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves. Tasty Kheema Pulao is ready.
