Lauki Burfi Recipe

Ingredients for Lauki Burfi Recipe in Hindi

लौकी – 1/2 k.g (कद्दूकस किया हुआ)(Bottle gourd – 1/2 kg (grated))
खोया – 250 g.m (Khoya)
चीनी – 3/4 कप (Sugar 3/4 cup)
इलायची पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Cardamom powder)
घी – 2 Table spoon (Ghee)
बादाम – 2 T spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Almond – 2 tea spoon (finely chopped) )
काजू – 2 T spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Cashew – 2 tea spoon (finely chopped) )

How to Make Lauki Burfi Recipe – विधि

★ अब कड़ाई में घी डालकर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे कद्दूकस किया हुआ लौकी डालकर पकाये. उसके बाद लौकी से पानी निकलने लगे तब चीनी डालकर मिलाये.अब मध्यम आंच पर पानी पूरी तरह सोकने तक मिलाते हुए पकाये. उसके बाद खोया डालकर अछि तरह मिलाकर और ५ मिनट तक पकाये. अब इलायची पाउडर, बादाम, काजू मिलाकर गैस बन्द कर लीजिये.

★ अब एक प्लेट में घी लगाकर चिकन कीजिये. अब उसमे लौकी मिश्रण डालकर एक सामान रूप से फैलाये और ठंडा होने के बाद पीसस में काट लीजिये. लौकी बर्फी तैयार.

Instructions for Lauki Burfi Recipe In English

★ Heat ghee in a pan. Add grated bottle gourd and cook. When water begins to come out from bottle gourd add sugar and mix. Now stir and cook on medium flame till water is completely absorbed. Add khoya mix well and cook for 5 mins. Now add cardamom powder, almond and cashew then switch off the gas.

★ Grease a plate with ghee. Put bottle gourd mixture in it and spread evenly. After cooling cut it into desired shape. Lauki Burfi is ready.
