Ingredients for Lemon Sponge Cake Recipe in Hindi

मैदा – 1 1/2 cup (Maida)
नमक – 1/2 T spoon (Salt)
बेकिंग पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Baking powder)
अंडा – 3 (Egg)
महीन सफ़ेद चीनी – 200 g.m (Caster sugar)
निम्बू का रस – 1 Table spoon (Lemon juice)
निम्बू एसेंस – 1/2 (Lemon essence)
गरम दूध – 1 cup (Hot milk)

How to Make Lemon Sponge Cake Recipe – विधि

★ सबसे पहले ओवन को 180 डि. से पर गरम होने रखे.

★ एक बाउल में मैदा, नमक और बेकिंग पाउडर डाल कर मिला लीजिये.

★ अब एक बड़े बाउल में अंडा फोड़ कर डालें और अछि तरह फेट ले. अब चीनी डाल कर फेट ले, उसके बाद निम्बू का रस और निम्बू एसेंस डाल कर मिलाये. अब मैदा मिश्रण डाल कर अछि तरह मिलाये, अब गरम दूध डाल कर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये.

★ अब मिश्रण को केक बाउल में डाल कर ओवन में रखे और 30 -40 मिनट बेक होने दीजिये, लेमन स्पोंज केक तैयार.

★ आप अंडा पसंद नहीं करते तो अंडे के बदले मक्खन या दही (1 कप) उपयोग कर सकते.

Lemon Sponge Cake Recipe In English

★ Preheat oven to 180 C.

★ Take a bowl add maida, salt, baking powder and mix.

★ Take a large bowl beat eggs and add them and whip nicely. Add caster sugar and whip. After that add lemon juice, lemon essence and mix. Add maida mixture and mix well. Pour hot milk and mix well.

★ Pour this mixture in cake bowl and keep it in oven and bake for 30 to 40 mins. Tasty Lemon Sponge Cake is ready.

★ If you don’t want to add eggs you can use 1 cup butter or curd instead of eggs.
