Maida Biscuit Recipe

Ingredients for Maida Biscuit Recipe in Hindi

मैदा – 2 1/2 कप (Maida – 2 1/2 cup )
इलायची – 2 (Cardamom)
चीनी – 1 कप (Sugar – 1 cup )
घी – 1/2 कप (Ghee – 1/2 cup )
बेकिंग सोडा – 1/4 T spoon (Baking soda)
नमक – 1 pinch (Salt)
बादाम, पिस्ता – 2 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Almond, pista – 2 table spoon (finely chopped) )

How to Make Maida Biscuit Recipe – विधि

★ अब चीनी और इलायची को मिक्सी से बारीक़ पीस लीजिये.

★ अब एक बाउल में मैदा, चीनी और इलायची पाउडर, नमक, घी, बेकिंग सोडा डाल कर अछि तरह मिला लीजिये.

★ अब इस मिश्रण से छोटे छोटे लोई बना कर हल्का दबा कर उसके ऊपर बारीक़ कटा हुआ बादाम पिसता डाल कर हल्का दबाये और एक प्लेट में रख लीजिये.

★ अब कुकर में रेत (सैंड) डाल कर उसके ऊपर एक स्टील स्टैंड रख कर एक प्लेट मैदा बिसकिट्स सजा कर स्टैंड पर रख कर धीमी आंच पर 20 (विजिल नहीं रखना है) मिनट तक पकाये.

★ अगर आप ओवन में पकाना है तो 170 डि. से पर बिसकिट्स को 12 मिनट तक पकाना है.

Instructions for Maida Biscuit Recipe In English

★ Grind sugar, cardamom into fine powder.

★ Take a bowl and add maida, sugar, cardamom powder, salt, ghee, baking soda and mix well.

★ Make small balls with this mixture, press slightly, put finely chopped almond, pista and press slightly then keep them in a plate.

★ Take cooker put sand in it, keep a steel stand on it, put maida biscuits plate on the stand and cook on low flame for 20 mins (don’t put whistle).
If you want to bake them in oven bake biscuits for 12 mins at 170 C.
