Ingredients for Mango Chunda Recipe in Hindi

कच्चा आम – 2 कप (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Mango – 2 cup (grated) )
गुड – 2 कप (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Jaggery – 2 cup (grated) )
सुखी लाल मिर्च – 8 (Dry red chilli)
मेथी – 1 T spoon (Fenugreek seeds)
राय – 1 T spoon (Mustard seeds)
तिल – 1 T spoon (Sesame seeds)
सूखा नारियल का पाउडर – 3 T spoon (Dry coconut powder)
तेल – 2 Table spoon (Oil)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)

How to Make Mango Chunda Recipe – विधि

★ कड़ाई में सुखी लाल मिर्च, मेथी, तिल डाल कर भून लीजिये. अब इन तीनो को मिक्सी से बारीक़ पीस कर पाउडर बना लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे राय डाल कर भुने. अब कद्दूकस किया हुआ आम डाल कर धीमी आंच पर 2 मिनट पकाये. अब गुड डाल कर मिलाते हुये 5 मिनट पकाये. उसके बाद पीसा हुआ लाल मिर्च पाउडर डाल कर अछि तरह मिलाये. उसके बाद नारियल का पाउडर, नमक मिलाकर मिश्रण कड़ाई न चिपक कर अलगे होने तक पकाये. आम का छुन्दा तैयार. आप इसे चावल, चपाती या किसी के साथ खा सकते.

Mango Chunda Recipe In English

★ Take a pan, fry dry red chillies, fenugreek seeds and sesame seeds. Grind them in grinder to fine powder.

★ Heat oil in a pan. Fry mustard seeds in it. Now add grated mango cook on low flame for 2 mins. Add jaggery, stir and cook for 5 mins. Add ground red chilli powder and mix well. Add coconut powder, salt and cook till the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan. Tasty Mango Chunda is ready. Serve with rice or chapathi.
