Ingredients for Mango Curry Recipe in Hindi

कच्चा आम – 2 (Mango)
प्याज़ – 2 (Onion)
हरी मिर्च – 4 (Green chilli)
जीरा – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
राय – 1/2 T spoon (Mustard seeds)
मेथी – 1/2 T spoon (Fenugreek seeds)
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Red chilli powder)
हल्दी – 1/2 T spoon (Turemic powder)
चीनी या गुड – 2 Table spoon (Sugar or jaggery)
धनिया पाउडर – 1/2 T spoon (Coriander powder)
हींग – 1 पिंच (Asafoetida)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
कड़ी पत्ता – 10 -12 (Curry leaves)
तेल – अवयस्कता अनुसार (Oil)

Mango Curry Recipe in Hindi

How to Make Mango Curry Recipe – विधि

★ आम को अछि तरह धो कर, ज्यादा बड़ा नहीं और न ही ज्यादा छोटा माध्यम आकार के टुकड़ो में काट लीजिये. प्याज़ और हरी मिर्च को बारीक़ काट लीजिये.

★ अब कड़ाई में तेल डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे राय, मेथी के दाने, जीरा डाल कर भुने. हींग, हल्दी, कड़ी पत्ता डाल कर भुने. अब प्याज़ और हरी मिर्च डाल कर भुने. उसके बाद कटा हुआ आम डाल कर 1 मिनट पकाये. अब नमक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर डाल कर 2 मिनट पकाये.

★ अब 2 कप पानी डाल कर ढककर धीमी आंच पर पकाये. सब्जी थोड़ा गाड़ा होने के बाद चीनी या गुड डाल कर 2 मिनट पकाये. गरमा गरम आम करी तैयार.

Mango Curry Recipe In English

★ Wash mangoes and cut them into medium size pieces. Finely chop onions and green chillies.

★ Heat oil in pan. Add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and fry. Now add asafoetida, turmeric powder, curry leaves and fry. Add onions, green chillies and fry. After that add mango pieces and cook for 1 min. Now add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cook for 2 mins.

★ Add 2 cups of water, cover with lid and cook on low flame. After gravy becomes thick add sugar or jaggery and cook for 2 mins. Mango Curry is ready.
