Ingredients for Mango Kalakand Recipe in Hindi

आम का पल्प – 1 कप (Mango pulp – 1 cup )
कंडेंस्ड मिल्क – 1/2 कप (Condensed milk – 1/2 cup )
पनीर – 1/2 कप (कद्दूकस किया हुआ) (Paneer – ½ cup (grated))
इलायची पाउडर – 1/4 T spoon (Cardamom powder)
आम एसेंस – 1/2 T spoon (Mango essence) (optional)
घी – 1 T spoon (Ghee)
काजू, बादाम, पिस्ता – 1 Table spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Cashew, almond, pista – 1 table spoon (finely chopped) )

How to Make Mango Kalakand Recipe – विधि

★ अब एक नॉन स्टिक पेन में घी डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे आम का पल्प डाल कर 2 मिनट तक पकाये. उसके बाद कद्दूकस किया हुआ पनीर डाल कर मिलाते हुए पकाये. अब कंडेंस्ड मिल्क डाल कर मिश्रण गाड़ा होने तक मिलाते हुए पकाये. अब इलायची पाउडर और आम एसेंस मिलाकर मिश्रण गाड़ा होने के बाद गैस बंद कर लीजिये.

★ अब एक प्लेट घी लगाकर चिकन कीजिये. अब उसमे आम मिश्रण डाल कर सामान रूप से फैलाइये और उसके ऊपर बादाम, पिसा काजू के टुकड़ो से सजाये. अब मिश्रण टण्डा होने के बाद पीसेस में काट लीजिये. आम कलाकन्द तैयार.

Mango Kalakand Sweet Recipe In English

★ Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add mango pulp and cook for 2 mins. Add grated paneer stir and cook. Add condensed milk, stir and cook till mixture becomes thick. Now add cardamom powder, mango essence and switch off the gas after mixture becomes thick.

★ Grease a plate with ghee. Put mango mixture and spread evenly. Garnish with cashew, almond and pista pieces. After cooling cut it into pieces. Mango Kalakand is ready.
