Mango Kulfi Recipe

Ingredients for Mango Kulfi Recipe in Hindi

कंडेंस्ड मिल्क – 400 g.m (Condensed milk)
आम का प्यूरी – 100 g.m (Mango puree)
क्रीम – 120 g.m (Cream)
बादाम – 15 (Almond)
पिस्ता – 15 (Pista)

How to Make Mango Kulfi Recipe – विधि

★ बादाम पिस्ता को दरदरा पीस लीजिये.

★ एक बाउल कंडेंस्ड मिल्क, क्रीम, आम का प्यूरी डाल कर अछि तरह फेट लीजिये. अब बादाम, पिस्ता 3/4 भाग मिश्रण में डाले, बाकि पाउडर अलग रखे.

★ मिश्रण को अछि तरह मिलाकर एक कंटेनर या कुल्फी मोउल्ड्स में डाले और ऊपर से बादाम पिस्ता पाउडर से सजाये. अब इसे फ्रीज़ में 6 -7 घंटे के लिये रखे. उसके बाद फ्रीज़ से निकाल कर चाकू की सहायता से पीसेस में काट कर प्लेट या बाउल में रखे. आम कुल्फी तैयार. ठंडा ठंडा आम कुल्फी खाइये और परोसिये.

Mango Kulfi Recipe In English

★ Grind almonds, pista coarsely in grinder.

★ Take a bowl and add condensed milk, cream, mango puree and whip well. Add ¾ part of almonds and pistas in this mixture and mix, keep remaining almonds and pistas aside.

★ Mix mixture well and pour it in a container or kulfi mold and garnish with almonds and pistas. Keep it in refrigerator for 6 to 7 hrs. After that take out from refrigerator and cut it into pieces with a knife, serve in plate or bowl. Mango Kulfi is ready.
