Mango Pulav Recipe

Ingredients for Mango Pulav Recipe in Hindi

बासमती चावल – 2 कप (Basmati rice)
कच्चा आम – 1 (Mango)
जीरा – 1/2 T spoon (Cumin seeds)
हरी मिर्च – 2 (Green chilli)
दालचीनी – 1 इंच का टुकड़ा (Cinnamon)
अदरक – 1 T spoon (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Ginger)
हल्दी – 1/2 T spoon (Turmeric powder)
इलायची – 4 (Cardamom)
लौंग – 4 (Cloves)
काली मिर्च – 6 (Black pepper seeds)
जीरा पाउडर – 1 T spoon (Cumin powder)
घी – 2 Table spoon (Ghee)
नमक – स्वादानुसार (Salt)
धनिया पत्ता – 1/2 cup (बारीक़ कटा हुआ) (Coriander leaves)

Mango Pulav Recipe in Hindi

How to Make Mango Pulav Recipe – विधि

★ चावल को धो कर 15 मिनट भिगोने रखे. अब को धो कर, छिलका हटा कर कद्दूकस कर लीजिये. हरी मिर्च को काट लीजिये.

★ प्रेशर कुकर में घी डाल कर गरम कीजिये. अब उसमे डाले जीरा, हरी मिर्च, इलायची, दालचीनी, लौंग, काली मिर्च डाल कर भुने. अब अदरक डाल कर भुने. उसके बाद कद्दूकस किया हुआ आम डाल कर धीमी आंच पर 4 मिनट पकाये. अब हल्दी, जीरा पाउडर डाल कर 2 मिनट पकाये. चावल डाल कर मिलाये. अब 3 कप पानी डाल कर ढककर धीमी आंच पर 2 विजल आने तक पकाये. अब ठंडा हटा कर ढक्कन हटा कर पुलओ को एक बाउल में डाले और ऊपर से धनिया पत्ता से सजाये. गरमा गरम आम पुलओ तैयार.

Mango Pulav Recipe In English

★ Wash rice and soak them for 15 mins. Wash mango, remove skin and grate it. Cut green chillies.

★ Heat ghee in pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds, green chillies, cardamom, cloves, black pepper and fry. Add ginger and fry. Add grated mango and cook on low flame for 4 mins. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder and cook for 2 mins. Add rice and mix. Add 3 cups water, cover and cook on low flame for 2 whistles. After cooling remove lid and take pulao in to a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves. Mango Pulao is ready.
